Medical Front Desk/Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sleep Apnea Front Office and Patient Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-office position will require candidates to travel to different dental offices when needed and must be available to work on Saturdays.
 
Responsibilities:
 
 • Schedule patients for sleep apnea consultations and follow-up appointments.
 • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for sleep apnea patients.
 • Coordinate lab cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
 • Assist in selling sleep apnea treatment options to patients and managing the sales process.
 • Ensure accurate billing and coding for all procedures and treatments.
 • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
 • Provide excellent patient care and ensure smooth patient flow from consultation to treatment.

 Qualifications:

 • Experience in medical/dental front office, insurance verification, and scheduling.
 • Preferred knowledge of sleep apnea treatments and insurance coverage is a plus.
 • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 • A self-motivated team player with a focus on patient satisfaction and efficiency.
 
Compensation: $23-$27 per hour (Based on Experience) + 2% on collections
 
Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
